KFC TEMBISA PLAZA - Customer Service Stinks

KFC Tembisa Plaza (New) Their customer service was very bad and it stinks. I bought food and dinning in at KFC TEMBISA PLAZA 18/12/2024. When I ask for water they refused. They say I must buy water. How on earth we live in, can that be possible? Why do they have Dinning in, meanwhile they don't have running water like other KFC's stores. My day was ruined by getting *********** staff at KFC.
