KFC Tembisa @ Mangweni Section, Bad service always

I went to KFC yessterday, Am on my Pj's and i went through drive through when i have to make a payment they dont have a swipping machine then they asked me to go inside, ok i didnt have a problem but i had to wait for my food for more tha 45 minutes. all cars that where behind me they where all gone. the guys working there they are busy playing around. only 1lady working there was assisting the customers. I dont know if we are not that important, why drive through doest have a speed point? and i used drive through because i was in a hurry but i had to wait.
