KFC **** Technique (Vaal mall Online Order)

Hi everyone, kfc has devised a new ****ming technique whereby you place an order online, money deducted from your bank account and your order neither confirmed, delivered nor money refunded. I laid a complaint and I was told my order failed ( how can an order fail when you susussfully deducted money from my bank account?) And I must wait for one to two weeks for a refund. What a ****?
