Kfc "Taste Garantee" NONSENSE!!!

My Family as well as visitors all contracted severe food poisoning from eating kfc that was obviously left out or kept too long due to loadshedding. This occurred in the week of the 8th July, I have mailed the complaints department 6 times. Completed a online firm 4 times and contacted the customer service 5 times in which all calls dropped, no agent returned the call even though I specifically requested that they do ad ut was network issues due to loadshedding. I eventually received a response via email requesting a bunch of I do which I provided, I have since followed up daily via email with YET AGAIN NO RESPONSE, until the 5th follow up i received Exactly THE SAME EMAIL REQUESTING EXACTLY THE SAME INFO I had already submitted, I resent the info AND TO DATE HAVE RECEIVED ZERO FEEDBACK/FOLLOW UP...IT IS pathetic!!!
