Kfc tasbet park poor

I’m so disappointed I went to kfc tasbet park drive through, a guy who was on the drive through gave us attitude, the way he spoke to us is disrespectful I’m not sure if Kfc is teaching their stuff about customer service. He was so rude speaking to us like we were his kids i ended up cancelling my order because of the attitude he gave us he told us we must be specific while the issue is with them cause he told me they are not accepting cash we can only pay with card we said it’s fine instead of him apologising or explaining to us that they can only take cards he is telling us that we must be specific. Wow I was so shock
