Kfc takes money using online ordering, without delivery or refund.

I just had the worst experience with your online ordering system. I ordered online. Your system took my money when I got to the store to fetch my order at your Waterglen store 1) they don't see my order on there system so they don't give me the order 2) I ask for a refund and they tell me to come back tomorrow to fetch the cash because they can't refund me while I'm there

I need my refund right now. I am not going back into the damn store to have a conversation with your team during this Covid time. This was the most pathetic experience I've had.
