KFC TAKES MONEY AND DOESNT SUPPLY ORDER OR REFUND

I placed an online order for collection at KFC kloof on the 1st of January 2022... only to arrive at a closed store... my money was taken as it was paid for on the app... to date I have had no refund.. the store manager keeps saying she will follow up, the call center blamed the store and said they were supposed to close the portal for ordering if they were closed .. bottom line.. KFC took my money.. didnt provide a service and now avoiding a refund... its now the 6th of January and they have not returned money which they said they would refund in 2 day from the 1st... all KFC does is lie to customers!!!!
