KFC, support is bad, no refund, no food

Hi I ordered KFC, R109.00 online my son and I waited outside for 30min, came back to my flat only to see an email saying that they have cancelled. I have not received any refund I even messaged on Facebook, to No avail no one has made contact now I get an email saying this case is closed. CAS -775391-L7F3L1
