KFC Sunvalley, get it together

Not fast food. Have not been to this KFC drive through once where they didn't tell us to wait in the parking lot for food. No matter how busy, you could be the only car in the queue, as soon as you paid you must go wait parked for food. It's unreasonable as most of the time there's not even parking due to being situated at a busy petrol station. Staff are patronizing, unhelpful and unfriendly
