KFC Sunvalley: Cannot deliver!

I went to KFC Sunvalley and purchased the 15 piece Kentucky Festive bucket. The promo says that it comes with a free picnic set. I asked them for my set and was rudely said that there is no stock so I said no probs, I can come back for my set. I was told a nasty no that I cannot. I called the store manager, Cyril who said that its while stocks last, I called the area manager, Lloyd who said the same thing and did not take the attitude of the Manageress seriously. My question, why advertise something when you just cannot produce the goods. It woild take a simple note on the advert to say that KFC is out of stock. It is rrally annoying when businesses take patrons for granted. What they fail to understand is that the reason for their existence is because of the support.
