KFC Sunnyside esselen Street. Terrible service. ***********.

So I bought 10 Dunked wings today at 14:07. I specified and emphasized that I want dunked wings. I got home only to realize that they put zinger wings with no sauce whatsoever. I called in to complain and the first lady I spoke to claimed that she couldn't hear me and gave the phone to another lady who was extremely rude. I told her my issue she told me she wants to see them (as if I'm lying to her). She then started shouting at me cause I told her I stay far and I can't go back there. She gave me attitude as if my complain was nothing. I told her that this is not the first time. She said she wants proof I asked for her name she refused then hung up. I'm not happy at all!!! I paid for something I didn't get and I hate that the ladies were so rude.. There is not customer service whatsoever. My order number is 730 and the slip says Bongani was the one who assisted me but it was a lady.
