KFC Sunnyrock

We went to KFC Sunnyrock on Saturday 30 Nov at 21:00 and ordered 2x jalapeno wrap meals and a Colonel burger meal. When we paid we noticed the amount was more than quoted on the menu. Then we went inside to speak to the manager and showed her the till slip, she noticed all the items on the menu was individually charged, and this was according to her a normal practice. How can KFC have a menu with set pricing, but the staff do as they please? This is very bad service and theft from KFC Sunnyrock.
