KFC Sundae Scandal

I bought 3 Sundaes at KFC Castle Gate, and I'm extremely disappointed. The tubs was not even full, the price on the display board was incorrect as I paid more and lastly 1 sundae had plastic pieces in. I took pictures. Please can you train your staff to not do your customs in.
