KFC Sun Valley

I ordered my food through Mr Delivery from KFC Sun Valley. And normally every time we order, we add extra colonel sauce with every item we can add it to, which is 5 meals, so tonight I just ordered 1 extra colonel sauce. Every time, which is 4 times I have been ordering extra sauce, it never comes. I put extra chilli salt and tomato sauce on the order too, it never comes. The last time we ordered the oreo milkshakes did not even have straws. But now, tonight was it for me. No colonel sauce and my sons pops were not in the bag either. So I called Mr Delivery, and was told to phone KFC directly as they could only do a replacement order for me. So I phoned, KFC, firstly the Lady could not hear or understand me, seconly she hung up on me three times, and i ended up calling over and over again 10 times. Well I am now completely furious, because my son, who ONLY eats pops, is still starving and it is 22:11 pm. I expect a huge apology, as no one messes with my kids firstly. And it is going to take alot for me to not go to the papers about this KFC. There is always an issue. They just dont care about the customers at all. Very rude, they do not listen, or they do not answer the phone, and most times a manager cannot be found. Something needs to be done about this KFC as they are giving all other KFC's a bad name. I thing it is time for head office intervention. Maybe a bit of manager /customer service training. Or actually get people who are qualified for the job.
