KFC SUCKS

I placed an order for my kids at home @12. The app kept on freezing and doing all weird things as it normally does. I spoke to the so called support for them to cancel my order. I mean how can your guys have an option for delivery and then at the last minute it gets cancelled. You make my 3 kids at home wait for 2 hours and now I must make them wait for another 1 hour to order food again. Your app sucks. Your support team sucks just as much.

The first agent left the chat and then the second agent took his time getting back to then the cancellation.
