KFC sucks big time

I had the worst experience yesterday at two KFC restaurants,I firstly went to KFC Selcourt,served by a lady named Tromotia ,I placed my order (wings) and went to the bathroom when I came back she told me the wings are Finnished,why did she says they were available ,I don't know.then I drove to KFC springs west that's where the situation got worse when I ordered and everyone Else who came after me got their orders and left and when I asked why is my order taking so long Thuthukani gave me an attitude, the meat was not cooked well also,the last time I ordered at this restaurant there was a promotion where u get free plates,s****s,forks etc.I did not get them with my order, they took my number down and promised to call me to come and get the stuff but never did.I don't know why this restaurant was opened in the first place because clearly they don't know service Tran#7360
