KFC sucks!!!

I've never experienced bad customer care with any brand like KFC at Hoedspruit, Limpopo South Africa. Bought Streetwise 3 chips only to realise that the sidebreast contained a chicken piece that is called a crop (not for human consumption). I realised the crop after taking an accidental bite of it and I thought I ate a rotten meat only to find it was a crop of a chicken. Tried to resolve it with their head office with no luck, even wrote a letter of demand to the back 3 weeks ago with no feedback till today. Our health with KFC is at risk. It is proof enough that they do not follow health standards when preparing their chicken. I'm not gonna let this one slide I need compensation for the medical cost I encountered and other costs as well
