KFC Sucks

On the 2nd of December I placed an online order on the KFC App. The money was deducted from my account and immediately on the app it then said order cancelled.....yet the money went off my bank account. I reported this incident with KFC Customer Care and were requested to send the POP and the order number on my account.......mind you to this date this particular order still says " track my order" on the app.

I forwarded the details as requested andI received no correspondence from KFC and send numerous emails about the refund to my bank account, but received no correspondence to date.
