KFC sucks

My purchase was through the drive-thru at the KFC Strubens, Fredenharry Road. I was in the drive-thru and approached the speaker where I placed my order and proceeded to the window to pay. I have my card in hand ready to make payment where the lady was not in sight, she eventually comes through and I gave her the card, she stepped to the side where I could no longer see her. I said excuse me, you have my card and I am unable to see you to what she responded was I am processing the payment. Anyway she was visible again while processing my transaction. I proceeded to next window. Collected order and asked for the manager. The lady called the manager and then told me they are coming. I waited and waited and still the manager had not presented themselves. I eventually had to drive off as a car behind me was approaching to collect their order. I was highly upset as it was very evident to me that the manager did not bother. The lady with the speed point should have known not to do what she did. Got home and was even further disgusted with my meal. I ordered 10 zinger wings, 1 large mash and gravy and 1 small pops. The wings were so dry and they definitely tasted old. this is not my first incident of dissatisfaction and when I have complained previously the manager then tried to bribe me with a free meal which I did not take. All I want is fresh meals when I do buy from them.
