Kfc stuff taking orders in the cold

I'm so heartbroken with what I saw at you kfc in 389 Voortreker MAITLAND, there was a lady standing outside taking orders, it was sooo cold that she was shivering. When I asked the manager Conelous he told it's how they work, on the other kfc I've been through the operator is inside so I couldn't understand when he said that's how they work
