kfc strubenvalley once again dont care attitudes

last night i arrived at the drive thru at 19h55 there were 3 vehicle in front of me upon waiting for about 10-min i realised that there was nobody in the box to take the orders i gave it some time another 10 min past still nobody there were staff walking out of kfc i think the shift ended i asked them whats happening and they just contiued walking i coudnt exit the drive thru as there were cars behind me and couldnt go into the shop as i had a boxer shorts on eventually someone climbed out and went and seen whats happening somebody eventually came to the box after 50min her name was sonto no apology and a stinking attitude she claimed to be the shift manager and said they were out of wings thats the reason they could not assist us i mean really i never even wanted wings i came to the front of the que and left it took me 5 min to get my salads from the mcdonalds drive thru and what friendly staff they have as well i will never go back to that kfc they are lazy and they feel that they are doing the customers a favour as for sonto she can go to...
