KFC Strubensvalley Chicken tastes different

I was excited when a KFC opened up down the road from my house, until I tasted the chicken, I kept thinking maybe it will get better after time, and maybe other people would have brought it to their attention but I guess not, my mom until this day refuses to eat there, and I don't like the taste either, many other people I have taken there agree.<br> <br> I literally have to drive 15 to 20km to a different branch if I want decent KFC which is very sad considering there's a KFC two minutes down the road from where I live.<br> <br> I've never written a complaint in my Life, but I feel I need to voice this as its disappointing, each time I need to explain to family or friends not to buy there and they only realize why after they eat, but maybe I need to speak to the manager there directly, I don't know if its the type of oil they using or what, but there needs to be quality control of some sort, especially of a brand this widely spread.
