KFC Strand street Bellville Horrible Service

Kfc Bellville, Strand street on Sunday 2 Feb 2020 was pathetic. Nomsa behind the till was very unsympathetic to the fact that clients were being treated like dirt. Firstly she had to pause between orders to pack because she didn't have a packer. Secondly no coleslaw available as sides because she is supposed to make it but she is on counter. Another sit-in customer wanted pap but got told that it was finished. We, after stucking in the drive thru que for 10 min with no movement went in side to find 20+ clients qued with one lady taking orders even though another till was available. She asked us before taking our order if we knew what our total was because she didn't have change in her till so we would have to pay by card or adjust our order or forfeit our change. Another genteman behind us standing in line for 20min wanted an ice cream for his pregnant wife to be told the machine is off. We waited almost an hour for a family treat meal and after arriving home without coleslaw discovered that the substituted pops were actually zinger wings. No care from front line staff or supervisor who could not be bothered to speak to us as she was on drive thru duty. No apology for lack of items or signage to state unavailability. No feedback on emails to the manager and no sense of customer service. Understanding it was month end and busy but 1 till point, no change, no product, no explanation and no sense of responsibility. Totally unacceptable to an international brand and local franchise.
