KFC STORMVOEL Worst KFC in SOUTH ZFRICA

The worst KFC in South Africa, does not know the meaning of drive thru tonight at 18:00 we were in the que at 18:50 we could place an order and then they did not have ice cream with kids waiting to get an icecream and then can not get it furstrating. Then you want to leave but can not because there is still 5 vechiles infront of you and the road is to narrow. Finally got our order at 19: 34 and then the gravy and smash was left out, the twister fell apart, uttetly distgusting KFC, the chicken soggy and oily and not crispy at all, how long has the owner had a KFC 3 minutes or less do not advertise drive thru you have no idea what a drive thru is. The manager Debora does not even know the owners contact details😱😭😤
