KFC STOLE MY MONEY - KFC manager refuses to give me my refund back!!!

i ordered online Saturday 30 September and KFC debited my account then sent me a sms saying the food can not be delivered without refunding me i called them and asked for a voucher so i can go to the nearest KFC and they told me they don't do vouchers, i asked for my refund and they said it will take 14 days before i can get my money back. , i submitted a complaint then received a sms a consultant will call you back shortly regarding your complaint till date no one has even called me. this is such a disappointment that i have to wait 14 days for my own money and that is excluding weekends so this will take 3 weeks for me to receive my refund and the customer service is so poor that no communication from them has been sent to me even. i have to call them everyday till today 06 October for my refund and they keep saying it has been processed. never again. even now when calling the call center they put me on hold for 7 min then dropped the phone in my ear.
