KFC STOLE MY MONEY AND **** TO ME

KFC delivery took my money 2 weeks ago for a online order and immediately cancelled my order. Instead of giving me credit to order from another store, they sent an email that they will refund me. The order is still in a authorization hold on my bank account and they keep lying saying they refunded it. You do not refund a authorisation, you RELEASE it. The customer service is non existent, I cannot get through on a call and my emails are ignored. The branch manager also tried to help, but the order never reached the store so it is out of her hands.

I am sick of being **** to. It was large order 18 September at Wetton KFC 111843. Please just release my money.
