KFC stole my money and are not responsive to my query

I ordered food from the KFC website on the 8th of September 2023, made a payment and never received my order details nor confirmation , i tried contacting KFC via social media and they keep saying "a consultant will get back to me", I haven't heard from them since, i sent all necessary screenshots and even went as far as sending private details from my banking APP, I am really disappointed, this is theft and I actually want my money back or will proceed to opening a case. Please get these people to call me and resolve my case.
