KFC stole my money after app froze and I didn't receive food

This will be my 3rd review of KFC for the same problem. On the 15th I made an online order on their app. I paid with zapper. It went back to the KFC app and it kept on saying processing. The money went of from my account and then the app froze and no order was actually placed. I phoned them immediately and they told me that it is their system error. I asked the operator when will I receive my order? On which he answers, you won't, they will have to investigate the matter and then I will receive the refund in 4-7 days. How ridiculous, what is that was my last money to eat with that day and then i don't anymore money. I would go te sleep hungry. All that they can say, is sorry it is our fault but we can'not give you the food or the money. R400, for nothing. Well, we are on the 5th of January, almost a month after my purchase and I have not yet received a cent from KFC. I will never support them again. I will tell everyone not to use them till the day I receive my money they stole from me. Do not use KFC and especially not their app because they will take your money and you will not get your food or a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor, poor service. If I could give 0 stars that would be better.
