KFC stole my money

I wrote KFC a third email asking them to refu d my money, they deducted over a week ago without supplying me with my order. I did the order on there app and it was unsuccessful. I tried again and still the order was unsuccessful, but the money in both instances was deducted from my bank account. I have not received any reply from them. I urge one and all to not trust the KFC app. You will lose your lonely like I did. Please stay away from the app or be very careful. Don't pay using your bank account.
