KFC Stilfontein order shortage

On 2022/09/30 I went to Stilfontein KFC to order a 9piece bucket special that comes with free chips. At the drive-thru i was informed this special only applies to online orders only. I proceeded to make an online order on my cellphone of 1 x wrapsta, 2 x zinger burgers and 1x 9pc bucket with free chips with the expectations of FREE LARGE CHIPS as per reference number: Kagiso***2. I then received the order via drive thru window at Stilfontein KFC and proceeded to drive home and on arrival i immediately noticed that my order did not have any chips but on the slip it indicates that FREE CHIPS were issued with the 9Pc special. I am highly disappointed in this matter and hope for a speedy resolution to this matter.
