On the 06/07/2020 i contacted KFC STERKSPRUIT and oder 2 streetwise 2 and 2 power raids when,the cashier IVIWE complained to her supervisor that the other essentials joined the queue and the is no one who is better than others she was so furios at me and i didnt know what i have done wrong.I called Mxolisi one of the supervisors needed a clarity on what to do in the near futer to avoid being embarrased infront of the customers wearing FNB uniform,Mxolisi said i have to order online and show a REF i said they should have explained to me telephonically.IVIWE does not have a customer service she does not know me and i dont know her....i sometimes avoid going to KFC but because i was buying a lunch for my staff i went there.Kindly update me on what action was taken against her and i deserve an apology for that embarrasment.
