KFC Stellenbosch Shell Garage

Myself and my girlfriend ordered a KFC for 2 special with the buddy drinks included this evening on the 1st of May. After waiting a bit, the driver arrived without the drinks. After my girlfriend asked what the next step is, he then mentioned that it would cost him to go back to the restaurant and that we should complain online. I feel this is disgusting customer service considering the circumstances. I'd like to know what can be done as I'm genuinely concerned regarding this situation
