KFC Stellenbosch

I don't usually complain, I am very understanding and patient, but lost my cool totally this morning at the KFC Drive Thru at the Shell Garage, Dorp Street, Stellenbosch! This is the second time in one week, where I drive thru at 8:30am to buy a brekkie burger, where they told me there is no chicken ready, I have to wait 15 minutes...nobody wants to wait 15 minutes at that time in the morning, on route to work, and they can't give me an answer on why they don't have chicken ready! It's not like it's the busiest time of the day! Twice in one week,..I see how one customer after the other turn around, such a sad case of lost revenue...if you can't provide a Drive Thru service, please put up a sign - KFC Chicken Not Ready Yet, and stop wasting supporting customers time! Seriously management needed there!
