KFC Stellenbosch

Came to KFC Stellenbosch to buy a 21 piece. Waited over 30min and as i asked the manager Christelle had the worst attitude ever. They claim to have told us to wait 20min and the waiter apologised that it was her fault for not telling us to wait for that long. We still waited as we are visitors in Stellenbosch from Paarl hungry. We enquire again and she has the worst attitude as we are not the only customers complaining. Claiming that she will give people refunds if they want to instead of calming her customers down. I have never been this appauled. It was the most disgusting service ever!
