KFC Steelpoort poor service and no stock

KFC Steelpoort. The staff is uncooperative and unfriendly. No customer service at all. At the self service kiosk I placed my order and after payment I was informed that there is no vanilla for the laté and also no milk. I waited more than 30min for a cappuccino because there is no milk were the manager Elias only sat on working on his laptop ignoring the situation. Obviously the manager is *********** due to his poor managing style and the fact that he does not know how to work with customers or manage his staff. Why is people like him in such roles if he can't do his work.
