KFC *****s your money‼️

I am dissatisfied with the service I got from KFC Rynfield in Benoni. On the 28/11/2019 at 06:23am, I went through the drive thru to get my hubby and I some breakfast as my hubby had just come off a night shift and wanted to eat something. I had ordered my meals and paid for them and when I was given the bag with my food in, I had still asked the lady (Julia) if everything was there and she just said "mmm" and walked away, so I drove off and came home, please note that I live on a plot so it's about a 20min drive for me to just go back. When I arrived home, I saw that one of my meals were not put in, I laid a complaint with the KFC customer care and they did phone and said that they would investigate and reimburse me my money, till now, I have not heard anything from them, they basically stole my money. This would be the last time we support KFC, I would rather spend my money at Chicken Licken.
