KFC *****s money

I bought chicken for delivery on the online.kfc.co.za and paid online for the order the payment went off on my account. I never recieved a sms with order number. I callled the call Centre and told the money would revert back to my account which has not happerned and they would send me a Voucher for the inconvence . I have not recieved the money back or the voucher.
