KFC *****ing your change
In one month alone KFC has ****** over R5.00 from me alone, So if they do this to 10000 or 100000 clients per day or week, how much money is that every month that they *****. Nice bonus on the salary every month. I am getting sick and tired if i buy KFC then i get ****** of 50c or 10c or 20c. Most was R1.50 on one order. What makes me angry is that the person at the till just keeps QUIET, says nothing when it gives your notes but not the coins. When you ask then the excuse is they do not have change, whos fault it this??? Mine or should they make sure they have change??? Why does KFC not round DOWN the prices then KFC does not have to worry (as the cashier put it) about 10c, 20c, 50c and R1 change (coins). Out of 17 visits now to KFC, 17 times i was ******, 17 times the cashier just kept quiet and kept the change, 17 times argue with me because they do not have change and lastly.... 17 times i have reported this to KFC Customer Care and nothing. Is there no oubudsman that can help with this? Or maybe i should lay a charge at Police Station for theft? Can I? Maybe see an attorney??? What can a person do if KFC does not want to listen, the staff has bad attitude and blame you because they do not have change while keeping your change and *****ing from you. Is the only resolution to never buy at any KFC anymore?? What to do??

18 Aug 2017, 21:53Also same place today, Stopped before ordering window by another KFC person and then asked to place order. The she goes to Window and place the order. Why can't i place my order at the window myself? When i asked why i should order in between and not at window like i should, I was told because of timer. So i got the impression they do this to look good, so that it looks like customers are helped immediately. They are circumventing the system to track how long they take with orders. 2 Different KFCs have done this to me out of 2 KFCs. So it appears the staff tell each other at all the branches to do this. So at head office everything looks good but meanwhile the staff at the KFC stores are laughing and lying by circumventing the system.
