KFC *****ing from consumers

Kfc at the Sanctuary Somerset West. Probably the 5th time tonight we ordered food at drive through only to get home and 2 items are missing. It was pouring with rain and after asking the person if everything was placed in order only to get home and it wasn't. Phoned to speak to manager and all she can say was sorry. Can you imagine the amount they are *****ing if they forget to place only 1 item per order. Why must the consumer double check their order. This branch is famous for forgetting to add something to your order! Will not support KFC again.
