KFC - *****ing from charity

<p> 15/3/2017 I ordered a take away meal at the KFC Queenswood (Pretoria) drive through and added 5 x R2.00 for the Hope project. This is a project to feed hungry children. I paid and moved to collect. I checked my slip and saw that the donation was not on the slip, I did however pay for it. I alerted the person at the collection window and she went to ask the cashier. I was given the R10 back and was told that the cashier did not ring it up and "here is your money". When asked why it was not on the slip I was told she made a mistake.....a mistake but the change was given as if it was rung up, she did not forget to recalculate the change as per display on the till.....I was not happy as this to me is ***** and asked to see the manager. The supervisor was called as the manager was not available and she just apologised. I feel that by not acting, KFC condones the action of the cashier and that there is no way the public can trust that their donations will reach the intended feeding project. Name of the supervisor: Roseline Name of cashier: Mapule. PLEASE DO NOT DONATE AS IT SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA BUT KFC DOES NOT TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY.</p>
