KFC Standerton Bauwmann transactions went through twice but they claim it’s declined

My kids went to buy KFC Bauwman for R 163,00 they swiped the Capitec card It was declined they swiped again same results They were not given a slip of the said failed transactions yet my card sent me a notification of the transactions twice. They left the shop without the food nor the slip. The transactions happened around 16:35 I then called the shop at 17:20 I called the store I spoke to the cashier and the lady Manager by the name Lova who dismissed my call by saying it will reverse back I told her that it hasn’t happened and ordinarily the reversal only happens within 10 minutes I have not received any notification of reversal She then said it may take 5 hours for reversal. My brother also went to get the receipts for the said failed transactions He was only given one.
