kFC staff threatens my life when i complain about service

I went to KFC on Jan Smuts drive and used the drive thru.the cashier rushed me to make a order and then did not tell me there is waiting time for wings at 1pm. I had to change the order at the collection window. The cashier put my drinks order in a box and the as she passes it to me the cooldrinks spills on my lap. My pants,underwear,shirt and car seat wet. I ask to speak to a manager and a lady named Sylvia come to the window and just says sorry sir and walks away when i ask for the franchise owner and area manager contact details. She says she cant give it to me. All i want to know is who is going to resolve the issue of my wet clothes. A gentleman named koos came and i asked why was the drink not packed in cupholders. He said they had to go to Randburg to collect. I asked to then for the inconvenience rather give me bottles. He refused. I asked for the area manager number again he refused and walked away. Still waiting on my drinks order to be given to me he instructs staff to tell the other cars behind me that im being difficult and holding up the queue. A customer came to my car and wanted to assault me because of Koos and his staff. 15 min after the start of the incident i was given cupholders and told to leave. Scared of being assaulted by other customers with my wet clothes.
