KFC staff rude and unprofessional

I had ordered food , only to discover that the food I ordered was given to another customer . The cashier on duty Kenny then ran after the customer who supposedly had my meal I followed him to the customers car . The customer proceeded to open my food in his car and touched my food . I then informed Kenny I need a new meal as this one had already been touched by someone else . He then told me there is nothing he could do cause of load shedding and walke away from me . An argument ensued and he said he doesn't care if I report him and he insulted me . The manager on duty laughed as all this was happening instead of fixing the problem when I asked for my money back the manager and Kenny delayed when I asked for my money back again Kenny said \**** Her"give her the money .
