KFC Staff Refusing to Wear Masks and are Rude and Unprofessional

Lebo who was taking my order was rude and unprofessional. Staff at KFC President Witbank think that COVID can’t spread over the counter. They think they’re above having to wear masks when dealing with customers.. I had to asked the gentleman twice to put his mask on but got ignored. The manager on duty, Ntokozo says the staff gets too busy to wear their masks properly. What an excuse? They also remove orders from “Busy with It” whilst you haven’t received your order. We waited 1 hour for 4 ice creams and a streetwise 2. That’s ridiculous.
