Kfc staff *****ing from customers

I still did not receive any communication back from KFC due to the theft of my order,of the 2 large mash and gravy ,it's actually business ***** committed,at the Phillip Nell park KFC,which the first,consultant tried to cover up ,by taking me not seriously,how many customers just take the mistreatment ,by this everyday routine service .
