Kfc staff are horrible with their customers!

The most horrible experiences i have ever had! Firstly they did not have zinger wings at KFC in Maitland, address 389 Voortrekker Road in Cape Town, which I clmpletely understood. I ordered something else and I waited about 15 minutes before I went to the counter and asked where how far my order was for them to tell me they will make it immediately. I was on my lunch break and I already had limited time. I already got agitated with the cashier that was really short off with me. The man that just grabbed my slip out of my hand then came from the kitchen with my order and put it in a paper bag. Instead of giving me the bag, he slid it across the counter roughly (practically throwing it at me), the bag fell over and one of the items almost fell out. Is this the kind of customer service that I will be receiving? I am so disgusted! I dont even feel like i want to eat my food the way it had been handles from the time i started to place my order.
