KFC Staff appear to be ******** their employer

Buying at KFC Meerensee Richards Bay KZN we uncovered what appears to be *****. We ordered a bucket of chicken pieces and two large packets fries. Price came to R170, but on later inspection we saw that the till slip only reflected R137, two items. Should have been four items, but the chips, that we paid for, didn't reflect on the slip. On querying this they said they had made a mistake with the previous client and rectified that on our till slip. (Right, now pull the other one!) We tried to make KFC aware of this, but they are not interested. the manager came up with the rectify story, customer care shrugged it off, head-office in Durban gave me the number for the regional manager, but that number appears to be out of action.
