Kfc staff and management are *******

I put in a complaint, regarding staff de*****ing me,if my order at KFC Phillip Nell park,thus was not the first time ,now after 11 months ,i finally was allowed to answer their call,they didn't allowed me to answer the phone by stopping the phone call before answer and refuses to communicate via email ,they actually refuses to give my money back.
