KFC SPRUITVIEW CENTRE (Poor Service Delivery and Worst-case food ever).

KFC Spruitview Centre is a disaster, I bought a All in One meal for R99 and a Verry Berry Krusher, the lady gave me an attitude when collecting my order, I asked for a packet of salt and the lady rep**** that they don't have the salt "with a bad attitude look on her face" when I got home trying to dish up for my family, 1. Chips were so dry with a lot of crumbs like it was old chips with no salt or spice to taste. 2. The mash and gravy cups, they only served mash with no gravy but yet on display its mash and gravy, the cashier didn't even have a decency to tell me before I buy that there is no gravy its only mash and that of the old and unsalted chips crumbs that they served me. 3. The meat was super dry like it was 2 days old with burning taste on like it was over cooked till it burn a bit. 4. The Krusher is supposed to be flavored crushed ice not some kind of ice cream or iced milk shake or a soft serve.

To my experience I would never ever set my foot on that Store ever again its just a waste of money that we work hard for to earn. Can the Regional Customer Service manager look into this store otherwise you are going to loose loyal customers.
