KFC sprinkleless and crunchless

<p>Had no power in Randpark on 16 April 2017. Went to KFC drive thru on Malibongwe Avenue. Wanted a double crunch burger only to be told that item is no longer available yet is still on the menu? I ordered a large pops with sprinkles only to find out after returning home that lady forgot to pack the sprinkles. Not very happy considering price of pops is way overcharged and still don't receive what I ordered!!!!</p>
